The petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation into MECR No.1/2013 registered with Samata Nagar Police Station, Kandivali East, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506(II) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

Mrs. Pai, learned APP, having taken instructions from Mr. Mansing Patil, API, Samata Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, makes a statement that the investigation into the said MECR is already completed and "B" Summary Report is filed on 19th December, 2016, before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 17th Court at Borivali West and the next date of hearing is on 29th March, 2017. In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press the petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
