This Civil Application is taken out for restoration of Petition, which was dismissed by self-operative conditional order dated 23-11-2017 in view of the non-removal of the office objections.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant. We allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to costs of Rs.3000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today, if not already removed.
