None appears for the Petitioner. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents and the learned AGP for the State.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that though he had informed the Respondent No. 3 about the theft of the water by Respondent No. 4, no action appears to have been taken against him. As directed earlier by this court, a detailed affidavit in reply has been filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. It is stated that the MIDC is taking appropriate Borey 1/2

We are satisfied that the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are taking steps for removal of illegal water connections. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a representation for removal of any other illegal water connection and if such representation is made it may be decided in accordance with the law.

The Petition is disposed of.
