The reasonable request made by the petitioners is allowed. The names of the petitioners appearing on record of the original application No. 723 of 2015 as Original Applicant Nos. 8, 19, 3 and 5 presented to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai are directed to be struck off. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Central Administrative Tribunal may proceed to decide the original application and consider the claim of remaining original applicants. No order as to costs.
