The grievance of the Petitioner is the transfer of Petitioner at a Digitally signed by LATA SUNIL PANJWANI Date:

2022.05.05 17:57:22 +0530 place which is far off from the place where the Petitioner's husband is LATA SUNIL PANJWANI serving. According to the Petitioner, by the order of transfer dated 26th March 2019 she was transferred at a distance of about 76 kms from the place where her husband was serving.

We find that the last order of transfer issued to the Petitioner was on 26th June 2019. The period of almost three years has now lapsed. Interest of justice would be served by permitting the Petitioner to make

2/2 39 wp 5574.22.doc representation to the Respondent No.2 with a request to post the Petitioner at a place nearby to the place where her husband is serving. If such representation is made within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the Respondent No.2 on its own merits within a further period of two weeks on receipt of the same. 3.
