Present Application is moved for modification of Order dated 1st February, 2023 to the extent that, there is a substantive typographical error in para No.2 regarding number of complaint filed by the Petitioner. In para No.2 of Order dated 1st February, 2023 "Cri.M.A. No. 818 of 2019" has been erroneously typed instead of "Criminal Complaint No. 143 of 2021". The correct case number is "Criminal Complaint No. 143 of 2021".
