This is an application for relaxing the condition imposed on the applicant while releasing him on bail in Crime No. 26 of 2013 registered with Vita Police Station, Dist. Sangli. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/accused as well as the learned APP. Perused the order dated 9th July, 2014 passed by this court in criminal bail application no. 1045 of 2014. While granting bail to the applicant, he was directed to report to the trial court on every Monday till disposal of the case against him. It is reported Borey 1/2

spb/ 905appp193-16.doc that now the charge has been framed against the accused persons.

In this view of the matter, the condition of the attendance on every Monday is relaxed. The Applicant / accused should now attend every date fixed for hearing the Special NDPS case before the Special Court.
