This is an application for recalling the order dated 17.12.2018 passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition. By that order, Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Mr. Damle assures that upon restoration of the writ petition, he will proceed with the matter as and when it is called out. In view of the assurance as also for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition No.6898/1998 is restored to its original position.
