(A) Consistent with the direction by the Trial Court on 19 November 2007 at the stage of framing of the issues, both parties are directed to file affidavit of documents, exchange the same and give inspection to each other and to file list of witnesses (if any) on or before 30 September 2015; (B) In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 24 January 2014 which is impugned in the present writ petition stands set aside.
