This is an application made by the applicant from prison stating that as there is nobody in his family to look after the appeal filed by him, he wants the appeal to be withdrawn. An advocate has already been appointed to prosecute the appeal on behalf of the appellant.

The application is rejected.

The appellant be informed that an advocate to prosecute his appeal has already been appointed, and that his appeal shall be heard and decided on merits.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the applicant in prison.

The Prison Authority shall report compliance to this court.
