When this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel, on instructions, submitted that he wants to withdraw the application. Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.
Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within one and half year from the date of receipt of this order. After that, liberty is there to the applicant to come to this Court. 3.
Learned Sessions Judge, Nashik is expected to see that other works assigned to the Special Court under the MCOC Act is removed from the said Court and the said Court is directed to see that the cases filed under this special enactment are expedited as these cases are pending for many years and they involve under trial prisoners. 4.
Registrar (Judicial) to send letter and copy of this order to the learned Sessions Judge, Nashik.
