Pursuant to an order dated 6th March,2017 passed by this Court, the learned prospective arbitrator Shri Kundalik Dattatraya Patil has filed statement of disclosure as required under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record.

By consent of parties, Shri Kundalik Dattatraya Patil is appointed as a sole arbitrator. There is no dispute that the arbitration agreement exists. 3.

Civil Application No.3 of 2017 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The parties are directed to contact the learned arbitrator for preliminary hearing at the earliest.
