By this civil application, the applicants seek intervention in the first appeal on the ground that the applicants claim to be the legal heirs of the deceased Janya Devla Varli (Andher). The applicants will have to file an independent proceedings and cannot seek intervention in these proceedings. The civil application is accordingly dismissed.
