Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that Civil Application is already served on respondent's advocate. He submits that he will file affidavit of service within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

This application is preferred by claimant for fixing early date of hearing of First Appeal No.2176 of 2008 on the ground that claimant no.5, Usha Gajanan Pore is 74 years old.

Office note shows that private paper book is already filed. Same is on record.

13 caf3802-14.doc made in the Application and as matter is ready for final hearing, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Hearing of First Appeal No.2176 of 2008 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place First Appeal No.2176 of 2008 in the weekly board of final hearing as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen. c) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
