The applicant/accused by this application is seeking relaxation of condition i.e. attendance at the police station, imposed on him by order dated 28th March, 2014 in Criminal Bail Application No.542 of 2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned APP.

The applicant seeks relaxation in condition No.(iii), which reads thus :- 1/2

After availing the bail, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till filing of the chargesheet, and after filing of the chargesheet on first Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00noon till the conclusion of the trial". 4.

After filing of the chargesheet, it is the concerned court which is seized with the matter, the applicant/accused is required to attend each and every date of hearing and his attendance at police station is not necessary.

In this view of the matter, there is no propriety in asking the applicant to mark his attendance at the concerned police station. Therefore condition No.(iii) imposed on the applicant, in the order dated 28th March, 2014 is relaxed by directing the applicant accused to attend each and every date of hearing scheduled before the learned Additional Sessions Judge where the Sessions case is pending and that he shall cooperate the learned trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case. 6.

Application is disposed of in above terms.
