Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court (Coram: P.D. Kode, J.) vide order dated 22-1-2015 passed in Bail Application

No.2441 of 2014 by which the learned Judge was pleased to release the applicant on bail `on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two sureties to make up like amount.' The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant being a labourer is not in a position to furnish such a hefty amount and prays for reduction of the said amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 22-1-2015 directing the applicant to be released on bail on "furnishing P.R. Bond in sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lac) with one or two sureties to make up like amount" is modified to the extent that the applicant shall now furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties to

make up like amount. Rest of the conditions shall continue to remain the same. The application is allowed on the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
