Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant seeks interim bail to appear for the S.S.C. Examination.

Learned APP states that the S.S.C Examination has already commenced and that till date 2 papers are over and the 3rd paper is due tomorrow.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant be released on interim bail, as the applicant cannot bear the escort charges. 5.
It is not possible to do so, hence, the application is rejected and disposed of as such. It is informed that the main application is pending in the Sessions Court. The learned Judge shall decide the said application on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced with the rejection of this application.
