The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved this petition for expungement of certain pleadings. However, he informs the Court that the petitioner / husband has already moved an application before the JMFC, Pune and he wants to move an application for the same before the Family Court. In view of this, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed a such.
