1] By this application, the application seeks modification of the order dated 31st January 2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gr. Mumbai, below Criminal Bail application No.313 of 2015. While granting bail to the applicant, the learned Sessions Judge directed that the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the amount of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

2] As the applicant was unable to furnish the P.R. bond, he preferred an application seeking modification of the said order,

YBG appln135-15 which was rejected by the learned Judge vide order dated 17th February 2015 by imposing cost of Rs.500/- on the applicant, which was to be paid to the Legal Services Authority. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant be allowed to furnish surety for a lesser amount, considering his financial condition.

3] For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition imposed by the learned Judge vide order dated 31st January 2015 in clause (2) of the order passed in Bail Application No.313 of 2013 is modified only to the extent, that the applicant is allowed to furnish P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions imposed, in both the orders, including payment of cost of Rs.500/-, remain the same.

4] Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. (REVATI MOHITE DERE J.)
