2022.07.04 18:24:18 +0530 of the order passed by Civil Judge, Bhusawal dated 20th April, 2022, RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER granting decree of divorce. Learned counsel brought to my notice the submissions made in paragraph 5 of the said decree, wherein it is mentioned that parties have arrived at settlement and the wife has aggreed to withdraw the proceedings initiated by her. Copy of the said order is taken on record.
