By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner (original plaintiff) is challenging the order dated 16.12.2017 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Baramati in Reg. Civil Suit No. 204 of 2010, allowing the Respondents' (original defendants) application for carrying out the amendment in the written statement.

spb/ Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial court allowed the Respondents to carry out amendment in written statement at the fag end of trial. Considering this submission made by the petitioner and the provisions under section 105 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, I am of the opinion that it is not necessary to interfere with the impugned order.

The writ petition stands rejected.

Hearing of the Regular Civil Suit No. 204 of 2010 is expedited.
