Since the applicant is already charge-sheeted, we have examined the contentions of the FIR against the applicant which has led to registration of the Crime No. 625 of 2018 punishable u/s. 363 of IPC.

Perusal of the FIR discloses cognizable offence and it cannot be said that the authorities were unjustified or has committed any illegality in registration of the offence against the applicant. 4.
Apart from above, the applicant having been already charge-sheeted, it is open for the applicant either to apply for discharge before the Court below or question the charge-sheet. akn 1/2

Keeping the said option open to the applicant, we do not see any reason which warrants interference 6.
