It seems that vide order dated 25 September 2019, both Civil Applications i.e. Civil Application No.3205/2019 and Civil Application No.1203/2019 came to be disposed of. However, in the cause title of the order Civil Application No.3205/2019 alone shown as disposed of. Civil Application No.1203/2019 is not shown in the title cause which prompted the Department to place this matter for speaking to the minutes. It is necessary to correct the clerical error.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application No.1203/2019 be shown in the title cause of the order dated 25 September 2019 and this order shall be read in continuation of the earlier order dated 25 September 2019.

(ii) Mr. Niketan Nakhawa, learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants have deposited Court Fees of Rs.27,630/- in two installments. However, Office has miscalculated the Court Fees while processing the matter for refund of Court Fees. As such, the Office is directed to correct the calculations regarding the Court Fees by taking into consideration that the Applicants have deposited in all Rs.27,630/- Court Fees with the Department.
