P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he had filed a civil application (stamp) No.497 of 2007 for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner No.1. The said file is not traceable. He therefore, seeks leave either to reconstruct the said civil application and /or to allow the Applicants i.e. the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner No.1 to be brought on record. The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1, 4, 6 and 12 Megha 1/2

Megha 3_caw_835_2018.doc submits that the earlier application was filed within time and that he has no objection for bringing on record the legal representatives of the Petitioner No.1.

In view of above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). Cause title be amended accordingly. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
