Mr.I.M.Khairadi learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the grievance of the Petitioner relating to Writ Petition No.2681 of 2013 has been redressed by the Respondents and in the circumstances, he wants to withdraw the Petition.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition No.2681 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn. Civil Application No.301 of 2014 also stands disposed of.
