The counsel for the petitioners on instructions has stated that the parties to the petition i.e. the accused and the complainant have amicably settled the matter.

The learned APP on instructions from PSI Deepak S. Dummalwad, informs that a closure summary in the aforesaid matter was already accepted by the Magistrate and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated.

In view of aforesaid statement made by the learned APP on instructions, which is accepted, both the petitions stands disposed of as infructuous.
