Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, learned APP and learned Counsel for Respondent No.2.

After hearing learned counsel for the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that, applicant is behind bar more than 30 months and yet charge has not been framed. Hence, direction be given to the trial Court to expedite the trial preferably within six months.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant,

As the applicant is behind bar more than 30 months and charge yet not been framed, the learned trial Court is requested to dispose of the trial as early as possible preferably within one year after receipt this order.
