In Criminal Application No. 201 of 2013, in the order dated 9th May 2013, it was observed by this Court that the complainant had consented for quashing of F.I.R. and hence the application was allowed and the F.I.R. was quashed and set aside in Crime No. 506 of 2006. 2.

In view of the order passed in the Application, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
