The learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application. It is submitted that the order passed by the learned Special Court refusing to release the Applicant on bail in the offence under the Indian Penal Code, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 was challenged in an Appeal and that appeal is also withdrawn.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
