The parties have settled their disputes. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the Petitioner and the Respondent. The Petitioner is over 80 years of age. His son is present in Court. His signature has been identified by the Advocate. The Respondent is present.

The Consent Terms are in order. I am satisfied that these have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions. They are not contrary to law. 3.
The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X1' for identification with today's date. There is also an undertaking filed by 27th November 2017

The Writ Petition is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. There will be no order as to costs.

In view of the Consent Terms the Respondent decree holder will not proceed in execution.
