Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (a-1) on the condition that the applicants remove all the office objections within two weeks from today.

It is made clear that if all the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the order passed by this Court to stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 1/2
