Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this application, the Applicant seeks transit bail to approach the appropriate Court for seeking Anticipatory Bail, in connection with C.R. No. 159 of 2015 registered with the Banjara Hill Police Station, Hyderabad City, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that on a private complaint, the learned Magistrate has passed an order under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, pursuant to which an FIR

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the dispute is essentially a civil dispute. He seeks transit bail in order to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs in connection with C.R. No. 159 of 2015 registered with the Banjara Hill Police Station, Hyderabad City, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the meantime, for a period of three weeks, the applicant shall not be arrested.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear, that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and if an application seeking anticipatory bail is filed, the concerned Court shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law. 8.
