Heard.
I have gone through the previous order passed by this Court on 20th October 2015. In view of the said order, I am not inclined to reduce the amount of bail.
However, after hearing Mr.Aniket Vagal, the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant and the fact that the applicant continues to be in custody inspite of having succeeded in securing a bail order as back as on 9th July 2015, I am inclined to modify the order.
Tilak 2/2 (904)APPA-308-16 The prayer to reduce the amount of bail is rejected. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to furnish one surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-, and in addition, to deposit cash of Rs.15,000/- in lieu of the other surety.
Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and to the aforesaid extent only.
