1] The learned APP on instructions submitted that, the applicant has not given documents to other six victims of their respective vehicles and the applicant is not interested in settling the matter with the concerned. 2] The learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that, the applicant has not given any instructions to him since 14th March 2018 about the same. It appears that, the applicant is not interested in persuing the present application.

3] May that as it may, as per record, the six other victims till today have not received documents pertaining to their vehicle. 1/2

aba.393-2018.doc In view thereof, I do not find any reason to further continue the interim relief granted by this Court by Order dated 1st March 2018. 4] Interim relief granted by Order dated 1st March 2018 is hereby vacated.
