By the present Petition, Petitioner has sought relief of his transfer from Thane Central Prison, Thane to Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai as it is convenient to him. Petitioner has also extended a threat that, if his request is not considered by this Court, he will undertake fast until death.

The threat extended by Petitioner to the Court is neither accepted nor appreciated.
