The Appeal is already disposed of. The Civil Application is taken out for the following relief :- "a) This Honorable Court be pleased to correct the figure in order dated 26th July, 2011, whereby the amount as mentioned as Rs.95,500/- shall be replaced with amount of Rs. 97,500/- and direct the registry to release the said amount forthwith with interest, if any has accrued on the said amount without any delay;"

By consent, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
