In view of the reasons stated in paragraphs 2 and 4, case is made out for condoning the delay and permitting the applicants to file paper-book on or before 22nd April, 2022.

3) In that view of the matter, application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4) After appeal is restored to the file, issue notice to the respondent no.1 returnable on 15th July, 2022. 5) Application is allowed and disposed of.
