The matter has already been settled between the Informant and the accused. Both have preferred a writ petition for quashing of the criminal proceedings. The Informant has no objection to de-freeze the Bank Accounts and the Demat Accounts of the Petitioners. The Investigating Officer is also present before the Court. He too has no objection to allow the petition.

In view of the same, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
