Learned APP on instructions from Deputy Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 parole leave on 20th December, 2021 and has returned back to Jail Authority on 18th May, 2022 i.e. within stipulated period. 2.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
