Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed by consent.

(i) The Divorce Petition No.500 of 2015 filed by the Respondenthusband seeking dissolution of marriage between the Applicant and the Respondent which is pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is directed to be transferred to the District Court at Islampur. (ii) The Registrar, Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is directed to forthwith forward the papers and proceedings of Divorce Petition No. 500 of 2015 to the District Court at Islampur.

(iii) The parties or their Advocates shall appear before the Learned Judge, District Court at Islampur on 10.08.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary

(iv) The Learned Judge, District Court at Islampur shall not grant any adjournment to any of the parties unless absolutely necessary. (v) The parties shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary.

(vi) The Learned Judge, District Court at Islampur shall endevour to dispose off the Divorce Petition No.500 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of this Order.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.148 of 2016 is accordingly disposed off.
