It is stated that, the Respondent No.1 expired on 14th July, 2019. It is further stated that, though the names of legal heirs of Respondent No.1 are on record as Respondent Nos.3 to 6 in their individual capacity, they are not shown as the legal heirs of Respondent No.1. There is a delay of 2 years and 147 days in filing the present Application.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Necessary amendment in the Writ Petition be carried out forthwith.
