1] Learned Counsel for petitioner, in view of the subsequent development, has placed on record a communication issued by the respondent No.1 society certifying that the petitioner is a bonafide member and has paid all outstanding dues including housing finance loan of the aforesaid society upto June 1999 and for further dues, the parties have agreed to settle the matter. 2] The issue in the petition was about the recovery upto 1998 as stated in the certificate. In view of the above and in view of the written instructions tendered which are taken on record and marked
