Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The main grievance of the Petitioner is of illegal dispossession. In the entire writ petition, there are no specific pleadings as to date and manner of the alleged dispossession. It is not possible to proceed further to adjudicate on such sketchy pleadings. The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition with specific particulars.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
