The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 223 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reason for the delay finds place in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application which is to the effect that the sole proprietor of the Applicant Shri Premnarayan Kabra had suffered from a heart attack on account of which he was incapacitated from filing the proceedings.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 4 submits to the orders of the Court.

Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, lgc

cac-217.14 the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 223 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application stands condoned. List the above Civil Revision Application for admission on 11/2/2015. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
