Ms. Dabholkar, on instructions, submits that State shall file paperbook in the subject First Appeal, within two weeks from today i.e. on or before 4th May, 2022.

In view of the statement and assurance to this Court that paper-book would be filed within this, the order, dismissing the appeal for non filing the paper-book is recalled by condoning the delay caused in preferring the application. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). It is made clear, if the State does not file paper-book before 4th May, 2022, order shall stand recalled without further reference to this Court. Interim Application No. 912 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
