This petition has been preferred for quashing of C.R. No.I-43/2017 of Mumbai Naka Police Station, Nasik City, Nasik. This FIR was lodged by respondents no.2 and

3. This FIR is under Sections 406, 420, 199, 468, 471 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 13 of the Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act. The Learned APP, on instructions, from the Investigation Officer, API Mr. Satish Ghotekar states that the investigation in the said C.R. is over and the Investigation Officer will be filing "B" Summary Report before the Learned Magistrate. Filing of "B" Summary report means that the matter has been investigated and no evidence is found against the accused persons. In this view of the matter, at present nothing survives in the petition.
