2] The Applicant was granted bail by order dated 14th January, 2019 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 3330 of 2018. The Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in lieu of surety for a period of six weeks.

3] Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant had already presented the surety. However, the solvency certificate is yet to be issued. It would take some more time to 1/2

osk 502-appp-325-2019.odt complete the process of surety. It is, therefore, prayed that the facility of cash bail granted by this Court may be extended by the period of six weeks.

4] In view of the submission, the facility of cash surety granted by this Court vide order dated 14th January, 2019, is extended by the period of six weeks.
