The Petitioners Advocate says that after the interim order was passed by this Court, the Petitioner has obtained the relief of pay scale as a trained graduate teacher. Now the only issue is of arrears and which are payable by the management. The management is also impleaded as Respondent nos.4 to 6 in the Writ Petition. We direct Respondent no.3 - Deputy Director of Education, Nashik and the Education Officer (Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Raigad) at Alibaug to ensure that the Petitioner obtains all the consequential benefits of such pay fixation 1/2

The Education Officer (Secondary Zilla Parishad) shall ensure that our order and directions are complied with by the State as also the management as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two months from today.
