Heard Mr. Pise, learned Counsel for applicant. 2.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 14.01.2016 passed by the Registrar, Judicial-II. By that order, four weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which, Contempt Petition was to stand refused. Mr. Pise assures that on or before 17.06.2016, he will remove the office objections. He states that notice in the main Contempt Petition is not issued.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Office objections shall be removed on or before 17.06.2016. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) 1/1 Minal Parab
