P.C.:- This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 3349 of 2016, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections in pursuance of Order passed by the Registrar, Judicial-I. There is delay of 35 days in preferring this Application. The record indicates that, the Petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objection before issuance of the notices to the Respondents. Sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and for restoration of the Writ Petition.

In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
